Guys Looking some some opinions, expeirences, and knoweldge. We lost a set of tandem Copeland scrolls a few weeks back. One of the compressors was very loud and not pumping well. When we pulled the old set and drained some oil it tested acidic in about 10 secs. The oil is very black. We drained out the oil from each compressor and will be measuring them to compare them to the factory charge.

I want to change out the oil before start up due to possibly being exposed to to much moisture.
