The present study investigated the effect of grapeseed oil in male rats exposed to diazinon. The experimental rats were divided into five groups. The rats of the first group were served as control.
The comparative microscopic evaluation, for the concurrent administration of the grapeseed oil led to main conclusion for the positive impact and ameliorating effect of the grapeseed oil (especially in high levels) against the induced lesions of the acrylamide in the male reproductive organs of the rats, so it could be used in human diet as a food supplement to improve the fertility, nutritive and protective value.
